Challenge 7

This one was a little bit difficult. We had to use everything in a kit from Sunshine Studio Scraps. I think that besides both of us inwardly rebelling against being told what to use - some of the items were just hard to use! I'm actually pretty impressed with what we both came up with. Miss Chris recolored hers, and did an adorable LO of her son.

Challenge 5

Neither one of us quite knew what to do for this one.  We had to use 3 frames, but no pics.  Hmmmm.....interesting.  So here's what we came up with.  Miss Chris' empty frames represented milestones that her father missed - pictures that don't exist.Shanners made a LO describing herself.  Things "I Love, I Like, and I'd Like"
Challenge 7 is up at Sunshine Studio Scraps.  Back to work!

Challenge #2

It was almost a race to the finish.  With just a couple hours left on the clock, we got our 2nd challenge LO posted.  This one was a team effort.  I supplied the photos, title and journaling, and Miss Chris did all the hard work and put it all together.  Thanks Miss Chris, for making such a nice page for us!  I love it.  Here's Cabin Fever.

Miss Chris and I have both completed our layouts for the 1st challenge, and have started working on the 2nd challenge - which is quite a challenge!  We have to collaborate on ONE layout between the two of us, and follow the requirements for a certain number of pics, elements, papers, fonts, etc.  I can't wait to see the finished product!  For now, here are our LOs for challenge #1:
I used a daily download kit from The Scrapping Garden called "One More Time".  I believe it was their April 2008 kit.  The font I used is Chalkboard.  Here's Preschool Pals:
Miss Chris did a fantastic LO of her son, Even Superheroes Pout!
On to challenge 2, which is due tomorrow, and we get to see what challenge 3 is!
